Problème impossible de sauvegarder -[Translation - Unable to save problem]

J'ai desinstallé puis réinstallé le jeu toujours pareil je peux pas sauvegarder , j'ai même supprimé l'application xbox puis réinstaller rien ni fait, si vous n'avez pas de solution ce problème je souhaiterai être remboursé alors s'il vous plaît aider

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue. If your saved progress is not being reloaded and this is the only game that you're experiencing problems with, I strongly suggest trying the steps outlined in

Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device for further troubleshooting.

If you are interested in anrefund, try going to this page and fill out a request at
Request an Xbox digital
product or subscription refund.
After submitting the request, you’ll be sent an email on whether or not it was approved or denied.


This followupemail you will receive is the only means to get in contact with the refund
department directly and will be the only means of you disputing the verdict as well.

Give those steps a shot and let us know if they help. Though, they would probably be all for naught if you get refunded.

Avez vous donc une solution mon problème, avec steam j'ai jamais eu de problème de sauvegarde,la j'ai tout fait pour avoir forza 4 horizon et je peux même pas en profiter , donner moi une solution autre que:

déinstaller, réinstaller le jeu

Ou encore vérifier que je suis bien connecté car j'ai déj essayé tous sa, et j'ai toujours le même message d' erreur

On vous a poser plusieurs fois la question il n'y a jamais eu de réponse concrète alors s'il vous plaît aidez moi

Et je voudrai juste dire que c'est dommage que le service Windows store soit un peu la ramasse en 2019. Sur steam, origins ou même l'epic game store je n'ai jamais eu de problème de sauvegarde sur un jeu , sa m'embête un peu car ducoup j'ose plus télécharger
de jeu sur le Windows store par peur d'avoir encore un problème de sauvegarde sur un autre jeu
