Problème d'installation d'une extension [Problem installing an extension]

J'ai téléchargé une extension pour un jeu mais elle n'apparait pas dans ses extensions.

J'ai accés cette extension depuis la liste des "Récemment installés" dans "Mes jeux et applications" mais si je vais dans "Gérer le jeu et ses extensions" l'extension en question n'apparait que la liste des "Prêt pour l'installation" et son contenu n'est
pas disponible dans le jeu.

J'ai déj tenté de désinstallé réinstallé le jeu mais ça n'a rien changé: le dlc ne s'est pas supprimé avec le jeu.

Au cas où ça a une quelquonque utilité, le jeu est Borderlands 3 et l'extension est Le casse du beau jackpot.

Thanks for the reply.

Once again, could you shed a little light on the steps you have tried up until this point?

If removing and redownloading the account did not help, I next suggest a soft factory reset of the console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting
step for most issues.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this peculiar predicament. I can totally understand how this could see, pretty distressing.

If you don't mind me asking, what troubleshooting steps if any have you tried so far?

When you get the chance, I suggest starting troubleshooting off by removing and redownloading
your profile back o the console, and let us know if that affected the problem positively.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues installing a game from disk. We recommend to try the

troubleshooting for installing disk. Especially solution 2 where it says to install offline.

Solution 2: Take your console offline and install the game

Take your console offline, cancel the download, and then power cycle the console. After you successfully install the game, go online and let the update download.
