Bonsoir,

Voila j'ai acheter une xbox one S il y a maintenant 20 jours et je constate depuis que je les acheter j'ai des gros problème de son , je m'explique : pour commencer je ne possède pas de télé a l'heure actuelle mais juste de mon ecran pc en VGA/DVI , j'ai
acheter un adaptateur HDMI/VGA pour pouvoir brancher la xbox one sur mon écran , cependant j'ai le son qui sacade/coupe/ralentit sur la plupart de mes jeux mais ça ne le fait pas en contenue ça peut marcher nickel pendant une heure et d'un coup je vais avoir
le problème de son en gros il vient , il repart , ce qui est très génant et j'ai toucher un peu tout les réglages de son possible mais rien n'y fait. J'ai également vider le cache et remis les paramètres d'usine et toujours rien. j'ai 3 casques et ça fait
la même sur les 3 casques,

Dois-je envoyer la Xbox one au SAV ou vous pensez que ça vient de mon écran ? j'avais penser au disque dur interne ( je n'est pas d'externe )

Je viens d'essayer sur une télévision directement brancher en HDMI , et j'ai pu constater que le problème etait toujours présent , des micro coupures avec le casque brancher a la manette.

Hello Hennol,

Thank you for keeping us updated. I do not believe your console is to blame here for the sound issue. To be sure, you can test it out using HDMI on a friend or family members TV.

I think that the Adapter is causing this issue since those adapters are not officially supported for Xbox. The Xbox was made to use HDMI

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. By any chance have you attempted to go over our troubleshooting article: 'Troubleshoot sound on your
Xbox One console' or reviewed our article containing information about the audio settings? here's the link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/choosing-speaker-audio-output

If you haven't already we suggest to go over the steps. Also, have you attempted to use a different device if possible with the Xbox? That would also be something that could be considered a 'troubleshooting' step to narrow it all down.

Get back to us on how it goes.

Suite a votre message , je vous repond , je ne peux pas selectionner DVI ou HDM comme mentionner dans votre liens de dépannage car je suis en VGA avec un adaptateur si je le fais j'ai l'image qui est flou , je suis brancher directement par casque sur la
manette , Je n'est utiliser aucun autre périphérique , concernant le son j'ai essayer tout les réglages mais toujours la même chose
