    Bonjour toutes et tous,

    Je possède un lecteur enregistreur qui grave les disques Blu-ray.

    Ces disques BD-R fonctionnent très bien sur mon lecteur enregistreur et sont finalisés.

    Cependant, lorsque je les mets dans ma Xbox One, je n'arrive pas avoir le contenu audio (mis part les programmes enregistrés sur France 3 sans savoir pourquoi).

    Je précise que ma Xbox émet bien des sons, et est connectée directement la TV (pas d'enceinte, pas de home cinéma, etc).

    Avez-vous une solution au problème et savez-vous si la Xbox One peut lire des disques BD-R ?

    I have a record player that burns Blu-ray discs.

    These BD-R discs work very well on my recorder drive and are finalized.

    However, when I put them in my Xbox One, I can not have the audio content (apart from the programs recorded on France 3 without knowing why).

    Hi Hugom,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with burned disks. The Xbox will only play officially licensed disks correctly. Burned disks will not perform as well or if at all. Here is a guide for

    supported regions and formats     for disks.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    We understand it is frustrating since the Xbox One S will not read the Blu-ray discs. Now when you try to watch any Blu-ray discs, does the system display an error or message?

    Does the console play Game discs or CDs? Also, please make sure you have the Blu-ray player installed on the console. This is not an app that is pre-installed.

    Please check out the Disc and Blu-ray settings for more information.

    Possédez-vous le jeu numériquement ou sur un disque? Les disques de jeu sont communément appelés CD de jeu, c’est ce qu’ils sont techniquement. S’il vous plaît nettoyer le disque avec un chiffon doux et essayer nouveau. Si vous possédez le jeu numériquement,
    supprimez-le et réinstallez-le. Cela devrait résoudre le problème.
