je rencontre le meme probleme.

J’ai redemaré la console, essayé de changer le mode de paiement, changer d’abonnement, resillier mon abonnement... impossible.

dans l’historique des abonnement on me dit que mon Game Pass ultimate est en attente, et pourtant deja payé !!!

le gametag est bon, et je suis bien connecté au reseau internet

Je n'ai pas de code erreur qui s'affiche, mais juste impossible de se connecter a n'importe quel réseau WiFi ( la console détecte les réseaux mais ne parvient pas se connecter) , le problème ne viens pas de mon rooteur puisque mes autres appareils sont
connectés sans problème..

Et, je ne peut pas lancer de test de connexion depuis la console car je l'ai remise zéro et du coup je suis bloqué au lancement de la xbox puisqu'il faut une connexion pour pouvoir continuer et arriver l'interface xbox..

Je viens d'essayer ce que vous m'avez proposez mais ça n'a pas fonctionné..
