Probleme de région?[Translation-Regional problem?]

Bonjours a tous, voil depuis quelques jours il mes impossible de pouvoir effectuer des achat avec ma carte bancaire sur le MS store, un message d'erreur reviens sans cesse:

"La région dans laquelle votre mode de paiment a ete émis et votre region dans le microsoft store ne correspondent pas."

Jai vérifier chaque paramètre et tout indique que je suis bien sur le store français, ma carte fonctionne bien également puisque quel me sert de carte de facturation pour le game pass en prélèvement auto.

Pour info jai installer le xbox insider il y a quelque temp, jai penser que le problème venez peut-être de la mais le problème persiste bien bien que jai désinstaller l'application.

J'espère de tout cœur que vois pourrez me venir en aide car le problème et assez gênant.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with your payment option. With this error, usually means your billing address on your profile, or the address on the debit/credit card do not match. For example you are using French card
but your billing address is another region. Also your
console location needs to match the others.

J'ai essayer sur le site et sur la console. Et je ne pense pas que cela soit par rapport au région car j'ai le même problème d'achat avec des jeux rétrocompatible que j'ai déj en format CD qui fonctionne correctement.
