    bonjour, il y 1 mois j'ai reçu un message de vos service m'indiquant que mon compte microsoft était bloqué. j'ai fait la procédure pour le récuperer mais l'adresse email proposé pour recevoir un nouveau mot de passem'était inconu. j'ai donc fait un autre
    formulaire de sécurité avec une autre adresse email. mais chaque fois vos service me renvoi un mail pour effectuer la meme procedure chaque fois sans possibilité de déblocage.

    j'ai des jeux xbox one télechargé sur se compte auquels je ne peux plus jouer. merci de votre aide

    Hello Haracio,

    If the email you used on the account is no longer in use, you will have to do the

    account recovery form    . If you still are having issues, you can request a call from support.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Le compte de votre fils doit être le compte principal de la console afin de pouvoir jouer avec ce jeu avec votre compte.

    Connexion impossible mon compte live sur ONE et sur mon ordi.

    je tombe sur des page du style : "OUUUUPs ça n'aurai pas dût arriver ! il semblerait que vous ayez trouvé une faille" (mais c'est cool pour vous microsoft la rigueur je m'en branle d'avoir trouvé une erreur !!! j'aimerai juste que mon compte s'affiche
    proprement ainsi que les pages demandé sur votre foutu site).

    Tout comme mon compte sur xbox one qui m'affiche que mon réseau vas bien mais que microsoft rencontre quelque souci avec les achat et utilisations de contenue ainsi que les principaux services XBOX LIVE.

    PLus de détail? des explications précises ???

    Elles sont où les promesses d'expérience de jeux ultime sans souci ?????
