no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a pre-order. Have you tried making the pre-order on the

store website itself? If still having issues you may want to request a call from support for further help.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next. On next box hit skip.
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

mes compte xbox et pc sont déj en région France et l'adresse est bonne donc comment je peut résoudre ce problème ? je doit attendre demain que le microsoft store me dise que la date de paiement a été dépasser et qu'ils me retire le jeu ? si oui est-ce que
je pourrais demander tout de même le bonus de précommande (même si il est très minime) ?
