j’ai acheter des cartes xbox il y a pas longtemps jai donc rentre les codes et jai toute l’argent sur mon compte microsoft, le probleme etant que quand je veut faire un achat sur un jeux jai un message d’erreur qui me dit que cela n’est pas disponible et
se pour tout les jeux si vous aver des solution merci d’avance a tous.

Hello Corentin,

Sorry for the issue with purchasing a game. What game are you trying to purchase? Also What is the exact error you are getting? With some games like backward compatible the only way to use the currency is on an Xbox 360 console.

If you are having billing issues I'd recommend contacting a live agent over phone for Xbox customer support if you are trying to purchase an Xbox game using your account balance but having issues. We do not have the same tools that customer support does
to view any issues with your billing account.

Log into

Scroll down, Click Contact Us

Step 1: Click choose a Category- Xbox One,
Step 2 : Ask Us a Question - See other options which will ask you to Pick a Topic
Step 3: Pick Payment & Billing for best results & then Show Contact Options

Click Request a Call from Support or a number and contact hours will be displayed for you

This will help get you in contact with someone from Customer Support.

je ne sais pas pourquoi il a fait un achat avec les serveur canadien car je vie en France et je n'ai pas de VPN est-ce qu'il est possible de changer le lieu d'achat pour pouvoir régler le paiement en euro ?

If you live in France, it's important to make sure that your Xbox One console and Microsoft Store regions are all set to France before you make any purchases. Go to
Microsoft Store online. At the very bottom of any page, select your current language/region and make sure it is set to
France
- Français.

On Windows:

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language >
Region.
Under Country or region, select your region (France).

On Xbox One:

Sign in to your Xbox One console.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings > All Settings > System > Language & location.
Select your location (France) from the Location list, and then select Restart now.

Last but not least, make sure you have updated your billing information on your Microsoft account from here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses#/
