Bonjour tous,

Cela fait un moment que j'ai une notification sur la XBOX One d'un "message de XBOX Live".

Mais, problème, quand je vais dans les messages, je n'en ai aucun dans aucune catégorie. Mais la notification persiste.

J'ai tenté un reset, un reset total de la console, me connecter sur la console d'un ami.. même problème dans tous les cas.

Ca n'est qu'un problème décoratif, on est d'accord, mais j'aimerais trouver une solution.

Ok that's strange... are you able to view the messages via browser or with the xbox smartphone app?

Because it seems that you have a new message from xbox live, but it has been probably canceled from the console... maybe if you are able to view it in other places the notification will be canceled https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Profile?xr=mebarnav&rtc=1&activetab=tertiary:messagesTab

J'avais bien regardé dans cette section séparée mais aucun message nulle part sur console.

Le problème a été résolu en installant l'application XBOX sur smartphone, un message est bien apparu datant de 2018 sur l'appli. Mais aucun message n'était visible sur la console, ni sur un navigateur internet.

Via browser, I still had no messages. But I installed the XBOX Application on my smartphone and I did have a message from XBOX Live sent in 2018. The notification then disappeared on my XBOX One.

Hi, xbox live messages are not listed with other messages from friends, you can find them in the same tab, but below other messages, if you click on the notification "Messages from xbox live - New messages" it will open the message and cancel the notification
