    Bonjour,

    Je suis membre depuis le debut de reward. Et en consultant mon compte VIP je me suis aperçu que je suis a 26e. Ce qui est totalement impossible. J'ai acheté beaucoup de DLC et jeux. Rien que Gears of War 4 99.99e.

    Pourriez vous vérifier mon compte.

    I have been a member since the beginning of reward. And by consulting my VIP account I realized that I am a 26th. This is totally impossible. I bought a lot of DLC and games. Nothing but Gears of War 4 to 99.99e.

    Je me suis apercu que mon abonnement XBOX live est facturé en double depuis plus d'un an (6.99 Euros X 2 chaque mois)

    je voudrais effectuer une réclamation, mais impossible d'obtenir une adresse mail afin de pouvoir envoyer un message .

    Comment Faire ?

    code point microsoft ne marche pas.

    j' ai acheter des codes de poins microsofts j'entre le code, je confirme mon adresse mail et la on me demande mon prenom et nom et apres l'adresse de facturation pouvais -vous m'aider s'il vous plait!

    I'm sorry to hear about the billing issues. In order to play the game for free through EA Access, you would have had to acquire the game through the EA Access tile, not the game screen itself. If you believe you have been charged in error, you will want
    to reach out to your local
    phone/chat support     and speak to them about the possibility of a refund.

    Merci d’avoir contacté les forums Xbox ! Je suis désolé d’apprendre que vous avez du mal payer votre Xbox Game Pass Ultimate via la facturation mobile. Je suis plus qu’heureux d’aider et de fournir des solutions qui, espérons-le, peuvent résoudre le problème. Pourriez-vous s’il vous plaît essayer la suggestion suivante?

    Achetez des produits sur le Microsoft Store avec la facturation mobile.

    1) Aller account.microsoft.com

    2) Connectez-vous avec votre compte Microsoft

    3) Ensuite, allez dans Paiement et facturation et cliquez sur la flèche déroulante

    4) Sélectionnez les options de paiement

    5) Sous Modes de paiement, recherchez votre facturation mobile et supprimez-la

    6) Si ce n’est pas le cas, l’opérateur de téléphonie mobile est présent, puis cliquez sur Ajouter un nouveau mode de paiement

    7) Ensuite, vous devriez voir une option pour la facturation mobile

    8) puis choisissez votre opérateur mobile

    9) puis tapez votre numéro de téléphone



    Si votre opérateur mobile n’est pas une option, vous ne pouvez pas payer pour les articles avec facturation mobile. Si vous pouvez ajouter votre fournisseur de services mobiles, procédez l’achat du Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Je contacterais également votre fournisseur de téléphonie mobile pour m’assurer qu’il ne bloque aucun achat auprès de Microsoft, car cela peut également être le problème.
