    j'ai un problème lié au telechargemenr sur ma xbox, je suis relié a la fibre, lorsque je teste la vitesse du réseau, la console m'indique environ 600mb/s, or je ne telecharge pas a plus de 1mb/s et encore... pouvez vous m'aider?

    Hi there,

    Due to the traffic currently on the xbox servers, i believe there are many people having problems with the downlaod speeds at this moment in time, including me!

    The best thing to do is to just wait, adn hopefully the serves will come back to normal soon.

    What exactly was the problem downloading it? If you are trying to download it on an Xbox One, you will need a payment method for example a credit/debit card or PayPal account attached to your account.

    If you use the correct provided security measures there nothing wrong with having your credit/debit card details linked to your xbox account or anything else.

    Had my debit card linked to my account for 14 years without a single problem.

    Even had my debit card linked to my PSN account when they got hacked & guess what,nothing happened because I took the correct security measures.

    Had my debit card linked to other things for over 20 years without a problem.

    No one can get hold of your details or "hack you if you reply to a message over live.
