Problème de connexion Internet

Bonjour,

Depuis plus de 2 heures il m'est impossible de me connecter Internet avec ma console. Pourtant je saisis le bon mot de passe et choisi le bon résau. J'ai aussi débranché mon modem/routeur durant une minute mais rien.

Je tien préciser que tous mes autres appareils sont bien connectés (téléphone comme ordinateur). Pouvez-vous m'aider?

Désolé de l'entendre. Si vous avez modifié votre gamertag, votre adresse e-mail ou votre mot de passe un moment donné dans le passé, vous devrez supprimer le tag de l'écran de titre BC pour le corriger. S'il vous plaît suivez les étapes ce

Problème de connexion

Bonjour tous, alors voil j'ai un souci de connexion, jusqu' hier, disponible en partage de téléphone ma console.
Mais maintenant ma console arrive plus ce connecteur, je pense que ça suffit de la connexion en elle même mais ça marche avec un autre téléphone.

Que puis faire pour régler mon problème ?

For this, try heading to Settings>Network on your console, select "Go Offline", then select "Forget Network".

After that, power cycle the console, then head back to Settings>Network and select "Go Online".

From there, try connecting to your console to your wireless network using your password. Any change?
