Bonjour,

Cela fait quelques jours que me connecter au xbox live est un enfer.

je me connecte via le wi-fi du réseau sfr et depuis quelques jours lorsque je tape le ssid et le mot de passe la console inscrit impossible de se connecter alors qu'il y a quelques temps elle s'y connectait automatiquement ou lorsque j'avais besoin de saisir
ses informations elle me permettaient une connexion instantanée.

pouvez-vous m'aider résoudre ce problème.

Bonjour,

Je viens d’acquérir Gear Of War 4 - Xbox One en Occasion chez un revendeur spécialisé. Une fois le jeu installé avec sa mise jour je le lance. Dans le menu principal le jeu m'indique que la connexion au Xbox Live a été perdu. Je ne peux donc pas créer
une sauvegarde pour faire la campagne.

J'ai déj testé ma connexion aucun problème.

Je suis bien connecté mon Xbox Live car j'ai accès au marché sur le jeu et sur la console.

Je peux rechercher des parties multijoueur.

Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème ?

j'ai un problème de connexion au xbox live je n'y arrive pas me connécter pourtant la connexion ma box et internet passe très bien ya que le xbox live qui ne se connecte pas ???

Il faudrait tenter de redémarrer la box SFR dans un premier temps puis, si le problème persiste, essayer d'effectuer un

cycle d'alimentation physique de la console

The issue being experienced is recorded as a known issue.

Do not fear! One very quick step is a console restart.

The process is to

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Note Pressing the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.

Select Settings.

Select Restart console.

Select Yes to confirm.

This and a soft factory reset, Reset while keeping games and apps.

Give these a shot and let us know if it works!

j'ai fait le cycle d'alimentation physique de la console par contre ça n'empêche pas que la connection au xbox live n'est pas stable.

Hi Vince,

Thank you for keeping us updated in regards to the console disconnecting from the network.
Please try changing the console to
Energy
saving mode.To
change this setting:

Press the
Xbox button to open the guide (Don't hold the Xbox Button on the controller)

Select
System >Settings

Select
Power & startup
>Power mode & startup.

Select
Power mode
to change the setting to
Energy-Saving

Then restart the console by pressing the
Xbox Button
again. Go to
System
and select
Restart Console
(Not Settings).

You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further if this is a preview
program issue:

On your console, install the
Xbox
Insider Hubapp (if you don’t already have it).

Hold down the
Xbox
button on the controller.

On the power menu, select
Report a problem.

Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games,
software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.
