Bonjour,

J'ai acheté le jeu age of empire 2 definitive sur Steam. Le jeu fonctionne en solo mais je ne peux me connecter au mode multijoueur. "impossible de se connecter xbox live service, essayer ultérieurement".

Je contacte steam qui me renvoi vers le support du jeu, qui me renvoi vers le support xbox live qui semble être en lien avec mon compte microsoft.

Bref, les sites support étant en anglais, c'est compliqué pour moi de comprendre le fonctionnement.

J'ai cherché une solution sur les forums et sites support, je n'ai rien trouvé.

Pouvez-vous m'apporter de l'aide?

Désolé pour le problème mais comme c'est un jeu acheté sur steam, vous n'avez pas besoin d'un abonnement gold au xbox live pour jouer en multi. A mon avis c'est soit que les serveurs age of empire 2 sont en maintenances
soit qu'il y a un soucis firewall / antivirus sur votre pc.

Je vous suggère donc d'aller voir si leurs serveurs sont ok , si c'est le cas , vérifier votre firewall windows et antivirus s'ils ne bloque pas age of empire 2.

Bonjour, c'est un problème lié a mon compte étant donné que cest uniquement quand j'essaye de me connecter avec ce compte que le jeu crash. Un ami a également essayer de lancer le jeu avec mon compte sur son ordinateur. Meme résultat le jeu crash.

Je n'ai pas envie de recommencer le jeu au début. J'aimeraide l'aide

Le jeu était sur un compte Xbox si c'est votre compte pas de problème en revanche si on efface la console et on refait un compte alors le jeu est perdu

J'ai un problème, j'ai acheté minecraft bedrock sur switch et quand je ne suis pas connecter mon compte microsoft le jeu crash chaque fois que je créer ou lance un monde hors je dois me connecter mon compte chaque fois que je lance le jeu y'a t'il
