et je me demande si la connexion impossible n'est pas du a l'adresse mail inexistante

bonjour xbf chris merci de votre réponse le mail et bien correctement orthographier j'ai vérifier sur mon compte xbox j'ai deja essayer de contact le service téléphonique sa me renvoi sur une boite vocale qui me renvoie au formulaire de réinitialisation
du mot de passe le mail et reconnu âpres étude du dossier mais pas quand on me le demande dans l'onglet du lien avez vous le numéro du service technique bien cordialement

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand you are having issues with resetting the password. At what point are you being told that the email is not recognized? It may be that you are entering in the incorrect email unknowingly. We recommend

contacting an Xbox support agent directly over the phone. Give them your Gamertag and explain the situation.

Are you still able to log into the Xbox console? If so, verify that the email is correct by going into your Settings > Account > Sign in security and passkey.

You will see your log-in email from there.
