bonjour,

cela fait bientôt 1ans que ma console refuse de se connecter au réseau Wi-Fi. j'ai tous essayer mais rien ne fonctionne (ca me soule) et le pire c'est que la console elle-même se fiche de moi en affichant un message en anglais me disant ''c'est bizarre vous
n'êtes pas connecté a internet'' donc ci quelqu'un peut m'aider pour 200000000000 fois sa m'arrangerait bien merci.

Thank you for keeping us updated. Is your console able to connect to any other WiFi networks? There may be some network security issues that are giving your console some trouble with connecting to the network. The most common cause is the WiFi password.
We recommend that the WiFi password be less than 12 characters long. Also, the security protocol on the network may affect the console. We suggest changing your security protocol for the WiFi. Be sure to let us know the results!

I'm sorry to hear about you not being able to sign into your Wifi with you Xbox console.

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [Keep my Games and Apps]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.
