J'ai un problème avec mon compte Microsoft qui me gène particulièrement sur ma Xbox One mais surtout pour les jeux 360 qui sont rétrocompatible...

Quand je vais pour acheter (avec une carte de crédit) un jeux Xbox 360 a partir du store de la Xbox One ça me dit que je ne peux pas continué cette achat sur Xbox.com et que doit continuer sur la Xbox (alors que j'y suis)

Je me suis alors penché sur le problème et je me suis vite rendu compte que quelques fonctionnalité me sont bloqué car mon compte est considéré comme enfant, sauf que j'ai absolument regarder dans tout les paramètre possible avec l'aide du support et mon
compte est paramétrer en compte ADULTE !

J'ai encore regarder sur une nouvelle fonctionnalité de la Xbox (le changement de gamerpic en image perso) et je ne peux pas le faire car mon compte est considéré comme enfant, ça me dit bien que je ne suis pas assez âgé.... 

J'ai contacté le support Xbox plusieurs fois sans aucune solution.

Si quelqu’un a une solution a mon problème je vous remercie d'avance et merci pour ceux qui ont lu !
