Problème code d’essai de 14 jours xbox game pass [14-day xbox game pass test code problem]

Bonjour, j’ai récemment acheté une manette d’xbox one (il y a une semaine) dans un magasin Leclerc. Dans la boite avec la manette, il y a une carte avec 2 codes, un pour 14 jours d’essai au xbox game pass et un pour 14 jours de xbox live gold. Néanmoins
je me suis aperçu qu’il y avait une période de validité. Celle-ci étant du 30/06/2019. Les codes sont donc périmés depuis presque un an. Vous trouvez ça normal de vendre des codes périmés ? Et est-ce que vous pensez que le staff d’Xbox live peut y remédier
ou pas ?

Bonjour, les manettes n’étaient plus en stock lorsque j’y suis allé pour la première fois pour regarder. 2 ou 3 jours plus **** j’y suis retourné et il y avait de nouveau des manettes.

Si je devais deviner, je soupçonne que le contrôleur faisait toujours partie de l’ancien stock quand il a été livré au magasin, vous pourriez les contacter pour savoir si un remplacement pourrait être donné.

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.
