    If the controller turns off, there is no controller postition sync for the Wireless Headset (Headset, wouldn't know, what controller it is for etc).. The communication Port, would turn off or close too..

    Sounds like the headset may be faulty. Also, the Xbox does not have Bluetooth radios and uses its own proprietary format for the wireless controllers and headsets.

    .

    I have the same headset and have not experienced those issues, so an exchange might be worth looking into.

    That is true. You are not alone on that one. But if you don't have problem with the controller and xbox. So it's not a controller problem but a Bluetooth problem on pc. Have you check the Bluetooth connector on settings to see the power safe is not on?

    Try to re-install the drivers from the Bluetooth.

    If it's on a seperate Quadrant, than yes, it will stay on.. But, if it is assigned to a specific controller quadrant, than it will turn off or lose sync with the controller..

    Plus, if you insert a wired headset to a controller, that has a assigned wireless headset, the wireless headset disconnects...
