Probleme beim Zugreifen auf Clubs [Problems accessing clubs]

Moin,

ich habe da mal eine Frage. Ich Spiele Forza Horizon 4 auf dem PC. Bei Forza Horizon 3 konnte ich noch ohne Probleme einem Club beitreten, bei FH4 kommt immer nur Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen. Ich habe es dann über die XBOX-App für Windows 10 probiert,
dort stand Ändern sie ihre Einstellungen, um diese Aktion durchzuführen. Ich habe also meine Privatsphäreeinstellungen überprüft, da scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein. Dann habe ich es über die Android-App nochmal Probiert und die sagte dann etwas von einer
Kontosperre, die den Zugriff auf "Clubs" betrifft. Später habe ich dann festgestellt, dass ich z.B. auch keinen Zugriff auf Minecraft Realms auf meiner Switch habe, angeblich wieder wegen Privatsphäreeinstellungen. Laut enforcement.xbox.com habe ich aber einen
perfekten Bericht und bin als guter Spieler gewertet. Ich kann mir nicht erklären woher eine Sperre kommen könnte. Jemand eine Idee wo das Problem liegen könnte?

Zugriff auf Auktionshaus nicht möglich

Hallo,

ich habe seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass ich nicht auf Clubs und auf das Auktionshaus zugreifen kann. Ich habe soweit ich weiß keinerlei Einschränkungen auf Online Modi. Ich war schon beim Xbox Support, die meinten aber ich sei mit mienem Problem hier
besser aufgehoben...

Können sie mir helfen?

habe das gleiche Problem

ich kann seit ein paar tagen nicht mehr auf games mit Gold zugreifen.

Neustart und Konto löschen hat nichts gebracht.

goldstatus ist bis feb.2017 gültig.

beim öffnen der seite ist ein Problem aufgetreten.

versuchen sie es später noch einmal.

Das Problem ist tatsächlich, das ich auf der Xbox One in meinem Profil in der Sidebar bei zwei Clubs als aktiv angezeigt werde. Dumm ist nur, das ich mir die Clubs nicht anzeigen lassen kann. Diese tauchen nirgends auf. Ich bin so weit ich weis auch nie
irgendwelchen Clubs beigetreten.

Somit ist das Limit erreicht, ich komme aber nicht davon weg.

ich sehe auf dem Screen Deutsch und antworte deshalb in Deutsch

Schau mal auf der Konsole in dein Profil. Wird dort ein Club angezeigt dem Du folgst / Beigetreten bist? Wenn ja lösche diesen vorerst- Du kannst ja danach wieder Folgen. Grundsätzlich sollte auf dem PC das gleiche wie auf der Konsole angezeigt werden (ist
aber leider nicht immer der Fall).

Hatte auch diese LIMIT Problem, suchte dann einen Club, löschte diesen und könnte danach problemlos wieder Clubs beitreten. Weiss aber icht ob dies vielleicht nur ein temporärer Netzwerkfehler war!!!

Ja das stimmt, ich habe eine Goldmitgliedschaft, aber aus irgendeinem Grund wird mir das heute nicht angezeigt, unter den Kontoinformationen schon. Beim Homebildschirm wird mir auch ein Upgrade auf Xbox live gold vorgeschlagen, nur warum?

Ich bin Goldmitglied, kann aber nicht auf diese features zugreifen. Beim letzten Mal habe ich die Konsole erst am nächsten Tag wieder gestartet ohne Probleme, nur jetzt schon wieder?
