    Bonjour, veuillez d'abord vous connecter
    account.microsoft.com     et rechercher dans votre historique de facturation l'élément que vous souhaitez rembourser. Notez la date et le numéro de commande.

    Ensuite, rendez-vous sur
    xbox.com/refund     et remplissez le formulaire de demande, y compris la date et le numéro de commande. Si la page ne se charge pas, assurez-vous d'être connecté

    account.microsoft.com     and search your billing history for the item you want to refund. Record the date and order number.

    Then please go to
    xbox.com/refund     and fill out the request form including the date and order number. If the page does not load then make sure you're logged in at
    xbox.com and then try the refund page again.

    I'm sorry to hear about the problems being experienced today. It seems that there may have been some unauthorized charges made on your account. If they were not made by you, I would suggest to first make sure your account is secure. Take a look at your account

    Order History     to see what the charges were for. Then it may be a good idea to look over your account and make sure none of your important information was changed from account.microsoft.com and change your password to further secure your account.

    For further assistance with this matter I suggest to contact Xbox Support and a representative in your region will be able to guide you further with the process.
