Le problème est que sur ma tour je n'ai pas le bluetooth mais savoir que le récepteur de la manette n'a jamais eu de choc et ça a très bien marché jusqu' maintenant

J espère que ca ne me sera pas le même problème avec la nouvelle manette commander je vous tiendrai au courant si jamais j'ai le même problème avec la manette neuve

You would need to request a call from support. You can follow the guide I created to get to request a call from support. I just tested and it still is working to request a call.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
