    Bonjour,

    Je rencontre un problème, j'ai reçu deux codes en cadeau que j'ai utilisé, mais ceux
    ci ne sont jamais arrivés sur mon compte!

    Je n'ai pas d'autres compte, je suis passé par ma boite mail pour uiliser les codes et ceux-ci
    ne sont attribués nul parts,

    le support téléphone me signale qu'ils sont un autre compte sans pouvoir me dire lequel et surtout comment cela est-il possible en utilisant ma propre boite mail?!

    Je voudrais simplement que les codes soit attribuer au compte aillant reçu les codes rien de plus!

    I have a problem, I received two codes as a gift that I used it, but these have never arrived on my account!

    I have no other account, I went through my mailbox to use the codes and they are not attributed anywhere,

    the support phone tells me they are in another account without being able to tell me which and especially how is it possible using my own mailbox ?!

    I would simply like the codes to be assigned to the account having received the codes nothing more!

    Not sure what you mean here. If you have an account, you just have to log into the account from your console and you would be able to set up the account. But again, none of the account information from your other account will be transferred.
