Problème affichage/Display issue

Bonjour tous, ayant aquis une nouvelle Xbox One X , au demarage de cette dernière j’ai remarqué un petit problème d’affichage assez gênant.

En effet on remarque une separation de couleur sur le fond d’écran de la xbox, au début je me disait que cela était normal sauf qu’en jeu, notamment sur Red Dead Redemtion on distingue un trait au milieu très très derrangeant. Voil voil en espèrant avoir
des réponses. Cordialement.

Hello everyone, having acquired a new Xbox One X, at the start I noticed a small display problem quite embarrassing.

Indeed we notice a separation of color on the background of the xbox, at first I told myself that it was normal except that in game Red Dead Redemtion 2 there is a trait in the middle very very disturbing. That's it, hoping to get some answers.

Thank you for answering quickly,i have the console since few hours and I already reset by keeping the games.Just take the xbox to change it?

Hello Ex,

If you are experiencing graphical errors from your Xbox One console and the troubleshooting provided has not assisted with the issue, then yes the console may need to undergo repair or may need to be replaced.

If available, you can always return electronic devices at the place of purchase given that it is within the time frame given by the retail store.

It might also be suggested before doing so to test a different HDMI cable as to rule out an easy fix.

Sorry to hear you are running into these display issues. Now did you notice the display like this from the moment you first set up the console? If this is the case then I would advise trying to perform a

Factory Reset and Keep all Games & Apps. Make sure that you do have your account credentials before doing this as it will remove your accounts and you simply need to log back in.

How long have you had this console? If the issue persists and you have not had the console all too long it is possible to get a replacement at the retail store in which this was purchased at.

Give this a try and let us know of any changes.

Hi

I think Xbox One will only support 120hz with the console resolution set to 1080p. Also the Xbox One will only offer 4K and 120hz options if it your monitor supports the option over HDMI.
