    Bonjour tous,

    J’éprouve des difficultés afficher la résolution en 120hz sur mon écran, alors que celui ci est sensé être en mesure d’afficher la résolution.

    J’ai comme écran pc acer 144hz 1920x1080 Acer 24" LED - GN246HLBbid - Ecran PC Acer sur LDLC.com

    Suite aux information concernant l’affichage 120hz uniquement via port hdmi sur Xbox one x j’ai donc connecté les deux hdmi xbox—>ecran sans succès.

    Je me suis donc dit que le 120hz+ ne pouvait être affiché que via le

    Port dvi j’ai donc acheté une câble:

    CSL – 5m câble HDMI mâle vers DVI-D mâle (24+1 Dual Link) High Speed (adaptateur) | TV HD jusqu’ 1080P / fullHD | 3D Ready | contacts dorés

    Et malheureusement sans succès.. si vous avez des informations je suis preneur je ne trouve pas de solution mon problème.. faut il changer l’écran ?

    Hello Ex,

    If you are experiencing graphical errors from your Xbox One console and the troubleshooting provided has not assisted with the issue, then yes the console may need to undergo repair or may need to be replaced.

    If available, you can always return electronic devices at the place of purchase given that it is within the time frame given by the retail store.

    It might also be suggested before doing so to test a different HDMI cable as to rule out an easy fix.

    Hey there Ex,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these display issues. Now did you notice the display like this from the moment you first set up the console? If this is the case then I would advise trying to perform a

    Factory Reset and Keep all Games & Apps    . Make sure that you do have your account credentials before doing this as it will remove your accounts and you simply need to log back in.

    How long have you had this console? If the issue persists and you have not had the console all too long it is possible to get a replacement at the retail store in which this was purchased at.

    Give this a try and let us know of any changes.
