El dia de ayer conpre un x box one s all digital, al lomento de conectarlo por primera vez se comenzo a realizar una descarga de tres paso domde decia que la consola se iba a reiniciar, despues denun tiempo el x box se apago y ya no prendio, lo intento prender
y no prende, ya lo desconecte pero no funciona, me gustaria que me ayudaran con el problema o a solucionarlo por medio de la garabtia.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to set up a console. First off, if it is a brand new console, you could return it to the point of purchase for an exchange. When it powers on, what does it do? Does it go to the green load
screen at all? You can try a
offline update on the console. This updates the console without internet.
