Thank you for your response. Is your Xbox One connected to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi? IF you are using Ethernet, please try swapping cables. If you are using a wireless connection, please try moving your console closer to your access point.

slow game or app downloads on Xbox One, as it's what Microsoft deems the most basic troubleshooting for this problem.

hello, I've done all the tests possible. I even contacted xbox support, and my problem was not resolved.

What happens is very strange, because in the test on the xbox browser, the speed is normal. but the most detailed test by the console is not the correct speed. and the worst problem of my transmission via twicth is crashing a lot.

Hi! the speed test is not perfectly accurate it is possible that your speed is being bottlenecked by another device I could be wrong though I would try and contact Xbox support if this problem continues, if this does not cause any problems to your gaming
