Problemas al actualizar xbox live [Problems updating xbox live]

I suggest trying the steps outlined in Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console.

Hola amigo, ya intente la actualización de las dos formas, con WIFI y cable Ethernet y siempre me sale el mismo error.

No es este caso.

Al finalizar la jornada no permitia guardar, debido a que fatlaba actualizar un programa y al actualizar se perdio todo.
