    salve, ho un problema con il microsoft store, volendo acquistare dei vbuck mi è stata impedita la transazione con un messaggio di errore che diceva che non era possibile acquistare suggerendomi di cambiare metodo di pagamento. per favore potreste aiutarmi.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Online Store     or the Xbox?

    We do suggest to check the payment method to reassure the funds are available for the purchase.

    Also, check the
    order history     on the account you attempted to make the purchase through to reassure that the charge didn't go through.
    If the purchasing issue persists, I would recommend to contact Live Support.

    The best way to reach Live Support would be here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Games)
    and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    Have you checked your order history on your account page? If you made any purchase with your account it should pop up there.

    If you could not find any purchase you could also go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/billing. There you get an option to set up a call back.

    Sadly we cannot assist with this matter on these forums, you will want to reach out to MS Customer Support right away when they open. Also, I would recommend changing your account password.
