Buongiorno, oggi ho scoperto e cominciato ad utilizzare la funzione che mi permette di utilizzare il mio pc windows come schermo per la mia xbox one s.

questo pomeriggio ho iniziato a utilizzare questa funzionalit poichè la tv è spesso in uso a casa mia, ma dopo una sessione di gioco (funzionava perfettamente) ho spento l' Xbox, dopo un ora l'ho riaccesa e lo streaming non funzionava più, il pc mi diceva
che l' Xbox era spenta (nonostante fosse accesa)

dopo un riavvio il pc ha smesso di rilevarla, non so come fare

ho riavviato per più volte sia il pc che l'Xbox, ho resettato tre volte l'app xbox e ho provato con tutti gli account microsoft collegati al xbox ma non la rileva

ho provato con un altro pc (non mio, che quindi non posso utilizzare) e funziona perfettamente, quindi il problema è del pc.

cosa dovrei fare?

Hey Marco,

Thank you for responding! If this setup has worked for you before, this sounds like it could be software related. I'd like you to try a

factory reset on your console while keeping your games and apps. Simply do the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Make sure you have your email and password as you will be asked so sign back in. Let us know if this helps!

Hello, Hi, have you tried to download even Xbox Beta? However if you can not re-raise the cobsole maybe because the line is weighted objects to, then try to disconnect cell and other. Test. Also set the PC in the settings you also find the Xbox department

Thank you for replying. You will not lose any data as long as you can sign back in to your account. I would suggest going ahead with the reset to make sure this is 100% on your PC's end. Afterwards we can begin troubleshooting your PC setup. The Beta app
