Buongiorno,

sto riscontrando dei problemi con l'xbox dato che non ricordo le credenziali di accesso al mio profilo ma ho solo la gamertag. Il problema è che finchè non accedo a questo profilo non posso fare niente! Ho creato un altro profilo e non so perchè ma è un profilo
bambino!??

Non posso fare niente, inserisco i dischi e non riesco a giocare, non posso accedere all'xbox live e tanto meno alle offerte.

Vorrei recuperare il profilo dato che smanettando ho capito che il mio primo profilo, è quello principale all'interno di questa Xbox famiglia che manco sapevo esistesse!

Non so a chi rivolgermi, se non recupero quel profilo tutti quelli che creo vengono associati alla famiglia e mi impediscono di svolgere qualsiasi tipo di funzione
