ho un problema relativo ad uno spegnimento improvviso del pad quando sollevato. nel video sottostante si puo' osservare il problema. Ripeto il pad funziona solo quando il sensore di movimento rileva che il pad e' appoggiato.

Pad collegato al pc con windows 10.

I also have same problem "after update", my chat pad's oran light keep blinking. but this xbox app still show's nothing to update. Game pad working fine but chat pad doesn't working after update this stupid firmware!!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for information on how to hopefully get past this issue.

I can understand any frustration you're currently experiencing.

If you are having problems with the console freezing/crashing at the main menu, then I strongly suggest performing a soft factory reset of the console. It's a factory reset that does not uninstall any of your games or apps. Once you have verified that your
connection is set up satisfactorily and that you know the sign in information for all of your console's gamertags (the accounts will have to be redownloaded) follow the steps outlined in How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and select the option denoted Reset and keep my games & apps.

At your earliest convenience, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.
