No meu Minecraft meu amigo tenta entrar nos meus mundos mas fica dando erro como posso fazer isso funcionar

Sorry to hear that you guys are having problems hooking up to your world.

That double NAT type could be a big factor in what's happening. Generally for everything to go through smoothly, you both want "Open" NATs. For information and steps on how to hopefully resolve this problem, see our guide

Double NAT detected in your Network settings.

Então eu jogo o minecraft bether togheter no xbox one ei consigo entrar no mundo dele mas ele nao consegue entrar no meu nao apaparece codigo de erro só aparece que não foi possivel entar neste mundo alguma coisa assim. Eu e ele temos xbox live gold e temos
o jogo antes tipo ums 3 meses atrás ele conseguia entrar no meu mundo eu e ele já tentamos desinstalar e instalar, já tentamos de tudo.
