Hola a todos,

Desde ayer 30 de junio de 2020, el juego Minecraft no se inicia en mi xbox one s all digital. No muestra ningún código de error, simplemente se queda la pantalla en blanco y no sigue.

Decir que Minecraft venía con la consola, por lo que el código digital lo tengo en una hoja que venía en la consola.

Agradezco toda ayuda, el servicio técnico de la página de Microsoft no resuelve mis dudas.
