    Tengo un problema al querer descargar un perfil en Xbox 360, al momento de ingresar el correo y la contraseña, me da error, el cual es 801540A9. ¿Hay alguna solución?

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues being experienced with your Xbox 360, I'd be happy to try and help.

    Have you cleared the system cache from the hard drive?
