Hi. Check to make sure your PC is a desktop, not laptop and make sure your desktop PC meets the system requirements before it can install. You will probably need an upgrade for your PC whatever you own.

I had this problem for the past few days. Updating "Gaming Services" app in the windows store fixed the problem for me.
