yo tengo el mismo problema con 4 juegos el mismo error ya no me dan respuesta ni ayuda mi perfil aparecía en España y compre los juegos en el bazar de xbox de Colombia

El problema es que no tengo email en mi perfil de la consola (xbox360) y el email que quiero usar lo usé en un juego de PC de Microsoft, y ahora quiero poner ese email a mi perfil, ¿Alguien sabe como podría hacerlo?

Hola! Claro, puedes descargarlos y jugar con ellos sin ningún problema, siempre y cuando los descargues con el perfil con el cual compraste los juegos. Una de las consolas la puedes asignar como tu "xbox principal" para poder usar los juegos sin necesidad
de tener la sesión iniciada y en el otro puedes iniciar sesión con el perfil, haciendo esto podrías jugar los juegos en ambas consolas y al mismo tiempo. saludos!

You may need to force your profile to download through the Xbox 360 interface. When you start Dead Space on your Xbox One console, open the Xbox 360 Guide by pressing the View button and the Menu button at the same time. Once the guide is open;

1. Select Download Profile.
   
2. At the bottom of the Download Profile
   screen, select Download Profile.
3. Enter the email address of the Microsoft account that’s associated with your Xbox profile.
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.
