Are you able to login to xbox.com without any issues? Also, are you logged in properly to the Microsoft Store and the Xbox Console Companion app for Windows 10?

Have you restarted your PC yet? If you have, I'd recommend to restart your computer with a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Follow this

link for instructions on restarting your PC with a clean boot.

A versão do meu windows é 2016 LTSB, é uma versão sem a loja, eu instalei a loja por fora e creio que veio sem a Xbox.

Estou nesse exato momento fazendo a atualização para outra versão do windows 10.

Caso eu consiga solucionar eu trago a confirmação da resolução.
