    Reiniciar não funcionou, terei que instalar novamente todos os jogos do game pass?

    Estou fazendo está pergunta pois foram 16 jogos instalados, gastaria cerca de 2 ou 3 semanas para reinstalar todos, não há outra solução?

    Hello IanGrabriel!

    For right now, just uninstall / reinstall 1 of your Game Pass games. Once it has been reinstalled, let us know if that fixed the issue.

    Also, just wanted to let you know that there is currently a service alert outage affecting our core services.

    You might want to wait until this (the outage) is over to perform any troubleshooting on your console because it'll be difficult to determine if the issue is related to the outage or not.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not you may need to try deleting then redownloading the game.

    If you're on PC please try the same steps starting with shutting your PC fully down and restarting
