Buonasera, ho un problema relativo alle cuffie con xbox one, collegandole al pad su xbox non me le rileva(non si sente l'audio e il mic non funziona,insomma non le rileva per niente) così ho provato a vedere se su pc
funzionavano è va tutto bene mi potete aiutare? Perché così non posso usare la chat vocale, il controller è aggiornato cosa posso fare?

May you describe what type of headset you're currently using, would this be a chat headset or stereo headset?

If this is a chat headset being used, it is important to remember that these types of headsets will only allow the use of chat audio.

It may as well be possible that the headset is not being recognized on the console, have you attempted to use different controllers with this headset?

I tried to use different headsets but I do not have several controllers in the house, the earphones I tested were those of the Samsung dell'asus and Huawei (those supplied with the phones) of which worked before a few weeks ago happy christhmas!
