Al iniciar el juego PES del 2019 me sale este mensaje de error y no consigo hacer nada para solucionarlo. ¿Alguna ayuda?

I did it but doesnt work. I will never buy another video game in digital format. This is a shame.

Al inicial de juego gran thef auto V me muestra el error 0c82d40007 para hacerlo el, propietario tiene que iniciar sesión, ya borre la cuenta y reinicie la consola volviendo a registrarme pero sigue sin abrir, me pueden indicar que tengo que hacer para
corregirlo??
