Hola, quería realizar una pregunta a ver si alguien tuvo un problema similar y si hay alguna solución. El problema es que hoy cuando encendí mi xbox y voy a escoger algún juego para iniciar me doy cuenta que no se mueve el cursor, es decir, pasa rápidamente
del sitio al que yo escogí que se moviera a su posición original. Viendo que pasaba eso, decidí reiniciar la consola y tuve el mismo problema; luego opté por cambiar de control y ahí sí que funcionó todo. Entonces fuí a un juego (GTA V) y probé el juego con
ambos controles, todo andó muy bien, pero luego voy al menú para cambiar de juego y nuevamente tuve el problema inicial, no podía mover el cursor; apagué del control del problema y cambié al otro, fuí a configuración de control y cambié de control, y aquí
si me pude mover libremente, busqué la calibración de control y fue mi sorpresa al darme cuenta que en el control de los problemas decía que tenía LT presionado siempre, siendo que yo no lo presionaba y está sin presionar. Con el otro control no aparece que
esté presionando ningún botón cuando lo dejo suelto todo.

Mi pregunta es ¿tiene solución? Tal vez deba enviarlo a revisar a algún técnico de un tercero ya que en mi ciudad no hay tienda Microsoft o ¿qué debería hacer?

Obvio todo esto será cuando pase la cuarentena ya que actualmente no puedo salir de casa, pero solo quiero saber si es algo común en los controles y si tiene una solución sin necesidad de abrir el control. Quiero destacar que mi control no se ha llevado
golpes recientemente y ayer funcionaba perfecto.
