Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to purchase a backward compatible game. Are you trying the purchase on a PC on the website? Personally try to do this with my phone and get issues quite a bit, once I use PC I do not have
any issues. If continue to have problems. We recommend if on a PC try a different browser also. Also make sure you are using accredit/debit card or paypal not Microsoft currency.

but the question is what will happen to unreleased games like Warlords HD, Sega Vintage Collection: Alex Kidd & Co., Sega Vintage Collection: Monster World, Jam Live Music Arcade and Babel Rising as of june 1st? all of these titles as of now have a GS of
200. will Microsoft force their new policy, or let the games be released with a GS of 200 or will they just fade away? guess we wait and see.

If you are trying to purchase it on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S, then it is not possible. You can only get it from the Xbox 360 or the Xbox Marketplace (The link I gave you).

The only reason I suggested the Sega Vintage collection is because you have online co-op. I have the Sega Ultimate collection and sadly, its all local play only.
