Problem

I git a prepaid card, its a 3 month, the other day and I entered it in and it was allowing me to play for that day but the next day I wasn't able to play online, it claimed I had no subscription but when I got to my settings, then account it shows I have
the subscription. I cant join parties, and I cant play online but I can download the games with gold items. Wtf is wrong. Another problem I noticed is that I didnt get the billing email that I usually do when redeeming codes. And yes i am using the right email
for the account.

headset problem

well if you had something that hijacks the audio between the xbone and tv like a pvr or something (mind you it has to support audio out) then you could hook it up to that and just mute the tv whenever you played games. other then that, no not really. I know that we're getting the adaptors from microsoft for getting mic to work with the xbone in march but I dunno if that will affect the game sounds in anyway.

 

kinect problems

Yes, I am having problems with Kinect not hearing me correctly. I'll say stuff like BBC America and it hears ABC Family. Even repeating the command over and over, it still acts a bit crazy at times. I'm going to really sit down and work with it soon. I'm sure it's something I'm not fully configuring.

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Redownload your profile
