    Problem z zapłatą subskrypcji [Subscription payment issue]


    Kupiłem subskrypcje xbox game pass. Minął ponad miesiąc i mam zaległości w opłatach bo myślałem że wykupiłem gamę pass na miesiąc. Chciałem zapłacić kartą przedplacona ale po rozczytaniu okazało się to nie możliwe. Nie mam karty kredytowej, tel na abonament
    ani PayPal. Co w takiej sytuacji mogę zrobić żeby zapłacić i moc anulować subskrypcje.

    [translation-I bought xbox game pass subscriptions. It's been over a month and I have a backlog of fees because I thought I took out a range of pass for a month. I wanted to pay with a card preplaconated but after reading it turned out not possible.
    I don't have a credit card, subscription phone, or PayPal. What can I do to pay and cancel my subscriptions.

    Logując się na konto nie mam opcji anulowania subskrypcji.

    Skorzystałam tylko z okresu próbnego.

    Nie chcę przedłużać subskrypcji tylko ją anulować.

    Mam tylko opcje zaległej zapłaty za nią.

    Co powinnam zrobić?

    go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and click the Contact Us button

    select Family and Online Safety as the category

    select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

    skip the notification

    scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call
