    Niedawno przed skończeniem się subskrypcji live gold anulowałem ją aby nie została pobrana opłata w następnym miesiącu.

    Subskrypcja się skończyła. Dostałem powiadomienie, że "nie można pobrać środków z konta" (Lub coś podobnego) i została dodana na konto "zaległa spłata". I teraz pytanie - Czy da się to gdzieś anulować? Nie widziałem nigdzie takiej opcji.

    oraz czy jeżeli nawet ureguluje spłatę np. za 3 miesiące to nadal zapłace tyle samo i dostane normalną subskrypcje czy będę musiał płacić zaległą spłatę + subskrypcje.

    Your subscription is over. I received a notification that "could not download funds from account " (or something similar) and was added to the account "overdue repayment ". And now the question-is it possible to cancel it somewhere? I haven't seen
    this option anywhere.


    And if even settle repayment, eg. For 3 months it will still pay the same and get a normal subscription if I have to pay an outstanding repayment + subscriptions.

    Hey there FP Fabia 62.

    When you try to clear up the payment issue, do you get a particular error message? Make sure you're using a valid payment method and the region of your account matches your physical locale and billing information.

    unpaid problem

    Hello

    I have an unpaid subscription payment following the expiration of my old blue card

    So

    I added the news and when I click on the option paid now to pay the

    unpaid it does not work and this for 2 weeks, so I no longer have access

    to xbox live in my account

    Short answer yes bud, go onto the Microsoft account
    Payment and billing
    section and make sure in the
    Order history
    its completely turned off. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other issue or inquiry!

    I do not fully understand. I canceled my subscription before it finished. After entering the "Order history " the only thing I have is a red inscription with an information about payment problem, although I canceled my subscription previously

    or chat with an agent.

    They should be able to further assist as here in the forums we don't have tools to further assist with the billing issue.

    As our Xbox Ambassador has mentioned, you would need to pay a past due balance before you can cancel the subscription. This is because you did not cancel or turn off the auto renewal for the subscription before the subscription renewed and no payment was
    taken for the renewal, therefore suspending the subscription after more time went by without the subscription being paid for or canceled in time before renewal.

    We cannot provide you any more information over the forums since we do not assist with billing issues here due to the lack of tools, so I recommend contacting Xbox Customer support in your region for more assistance.
