Problem z pobraniem gry / problem with downloading a game.

Po 16 godzinach pobierania gry ważącej 64gb z 64 zrobiło się " pobieranie 64 gb z 64 gb", później nic się nie działo i gra pobiera się dalej. W tym momencie jest 79 GB z 79GB i co gorsza nie da się nic z tym zrobić, bo gdy wstrzymuje i wznawiam to pobiera
się dalej, a gdy próbuję anulowac to po ponownej próbie zainstalowania gry wraca mi na 79 GB Z 79 GB. Nie ma żadnego folderu z grą, miejsce na dysku się nie zmieniło. Moja prędkość pobierania to 7-9 mb/s. (Używam komputera)

After 16 hours of downloading a gane weighing about 64 gb, there was "downloading 64gb from 64" after that game was still downloading. At the moment there is 79GB from 79GB and what is worse I cant do anything with it, because when I'm trying to stop and
resume downloading its still downloading and when im trying to cancel downlading the game and when im trying to download it back it returns to 79 GB with 79 GB. My download speed is 7-9 mb/s. (Im using
pc )

Po przeniesieniu licencji na innego xbox-a zaczynam pobierać gry które zakupiłem wczesniej na innym xboxie wszystko idzie dobrze do momentu osiagniecia 80% pobrania pojawia sie żółte kółko z wykrzyknikiem oraz napis bład pliku próbowałem kilka razy i za
kazdym razem to samo. Mam konsole Xbox 360 slim 4GB pobieram gre na swojego pendriva moze to jest blede moze nie mozna grac w te gry z USB prosze o POMOC!!!!

Thanks for reaching out, for issues with downloads and installations I recommend hard resetting your console by using the following steps:

1. Hold the power button down (on the console) for 10 seconds while the console is on
2. After 10 seconds release the power button
3. Press the power button as normal to power the console back on
