    Dzień dobry mam problem z pobraniem gry z game pasa na pc a konkretniej gry outer worlds a konkretniej zacząłem instalacje i zorientowałem się że mam jako internet wybrane wi fi które u mnie jest dosyć wolne i przełączyłem się na internet z kabla usb którym
    mam podpięty taki przenośny ruter i z niego jest zazwyczaj szybciej ale że mam na nim ograniczenie to nie używam go normalnie i do momentu przełączenia pobrało się 200 mega i na tym stanęło nic się nie dzieje nie pobiera się jest 0% cały czas. i uprzedzając
    pytania włączałem i wyłączałem komputer odinstalowałem i zainstalowałem luncher xbox, inne gry się pobierają normalnie, miejsce na dysku jest, próbowałem anulować pauzować i to wszystko nie działa proszę o pomoc

    i have tried evrything that have some conection with my case and still not working i thing there is some problem in downolanding proces what i have trigred chanding my internet source. its funny becouse i have bought game pass to play exacly this game
    and it's only one witch im unnable to downoland xd

    Hey there Anolis1,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get this problem resolved. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support article for problems downloading games entitled Troubleshoot
    game installations on Windows 10     as a good means of starting troubleshooting.

    When you get the chance, give them a shot and let us know if that helped.

    Sorry to hear it. Please double check that your PC and apps are all up to date with no pending updates. Also double check your graphics drivers to make sure they're the latest ones.

    If you still have trouble try downloading the games from the Store app
