I am very grateful for your answer, but it didn't help me solve the problem.

I've found that all that problem was made by Airplane Mode. But it was hard to switch it off, because I have no Airplane Mode Button on my PC

For all who are trying to remove permanent Airplane Mode on PC - which obviosly has no that damn button:

1) First of all you must restart PC

2) After booting wait and don't click anything

3) When a screen with accounts appears look at bottom right side of the screen - there will be a few icon and one of these is Network/Wifi or sth.

4) Click that button and here will be your wanted button - The Airplane Mode

5) SHUT IT OFF!

6) Then login normally to your account and be happy

To the OPs problem for no sound and no vibration that should be fixed with the latest driver updates.

For pairing, how are you pairing the controller? I have mentioned this on other posts, one easy alternate way to pair is to have your controller connected wired to the PC, plug in the Wireless Adapter to the PC as well, wait like 5 seconds, and unplug the
controller, the driver stack will automatically have paired the controller to the adapter, just like on the Xbox.

Once you pair the controller successfully and never use that controller for any other PC or Xbox, then the address of the adapter is saved in the controller. Repairing to the same adapter is not required. If it is not connecting, plug/unplug the adapter
instead to reset the adapter.

Thanks for your reply. The problem is my adapter's pairing button doesn't work, and I have a new controller to be paired. I wonder if there is a way to bypass the button for pairing, like using software put the adapter into pairing mode.
